Mango is an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin C, but it is also packed with sugar. That is why we are adding the zucchini, to provide a low sugar filler. The banana adjusts the consistency and backs up the vitamins to create a well rounded and complete meal for your little one.

The combination of the fruits and vegetables creates a smooth, somewhat creamy, sweet baby puree that comes together with ease.

Mango Banana Zucchini Puree
This recipe is simple and fruity. So easy to prepare and take along it is sure to be a repeated recipe in any home.

Ingredients

3 large Bananas

2 large mangos

3 medium Zucchini

1- Start a small pan of water boiling on the stove top.

2- Stripe the Zucchini with a peeler to assure there are no large skin pieces after cooking. Dice the zucchini to 1 inch cubes and add to the pan. Boil until soft and strain.

3- Slice and cube the Mango. The method here is the easiest I have found. Add this to the food processor as well.

4- Peel and chunk the banana and add it to the food processor.

5- Once the zucchini is soft add it to the food processor and blend until smooth.

6- Simply transfer to the Kiinde Twist Bags using the Foodii system and refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
